I got this off Translation Request thread (the guy who did the MTL, if you want to be credited, please tell me), probably v1.00 without any bugfixes (if you have checked DLsite). If you have updated version, please share it.
The MTL isn't all that bad, pretty much readable except some inconsistency in item names and menu.
Mild warning, it have shounen content (that's what it called in game), probably looks like shota for some of you. Probably will move this if it's got sanctioned.
